Roast Beef Sandwich [Crockpot]

Sausage Quiche

Ingredients:

1 package of Huhn Farms Sausage 

1/2 onion diced

1 pie crust

6 Huhn Farm Eggs

1 cup milk

Pepper, garlic powder, parsley

Shredded Cheese


Directions:

Preheat oven to 350

Take sausage out of casing, and brown

Add onion to sausage until tender 

Line pie pan with crust

Place sausage on top of crust

In a large bowl, whisk eggs, milk, and spices

Pour mixture over sausage 

Top with cheese

Bake for 45 min


Enjoy!

Roast Beef Sandwich [Crockpot]

Ingredients:

2 packages of Huhn Farms Chip Steak

1  can beef broth

1  packet of dry onion soup mix

Pepper to taste

Cheese

Rolls


Directions:

Put chip steak, beef broth, soup mix, and pepper in Crockpot

Cook on low for 6 hours.

Serve on roll with cheese on top.


You can eat this as a traditional French Dip sandwich on a french bread with Provolone cheese. Dip in juices.

OR you can eat this like we do... on a kaiser roll, with american cheese, and horseradish.

Cottage Pie

Roast Beef Sandwich [Crockpot]

Cottage Pie

Ingredients:

1 package Huhn Farms hamburger 

4 large potatoes 

2 garlic cloves

1/2 onion diced

1.5 cup frozen carrots and peas

2 Tbs flour

1 can creamed corn

2 Tbs ketchup 

3/4 cup beef broth

 1 cup sour cream

1/2 cup shredded cheese


Directions

Preheat oven to 350.

Peel and boil potatoes with garlic

Brown the hamburger and onion in frying pan

Add peas & carrots and cook until tender

Sprinkle flour over hamburger and veggies Mix to coat, and cook for 1 minute

Add broth, ketchup, and corn

Let meat mixture simmer

Mash potatoes & garlic once ready

Add sour cream & cheese to mash

Pour meat mixture into baking dish

Top with mashed potatoes

Top with butter and parsley is desired

Bake for 20min

Ham and Green Bean Soup

Cottage Pie

Ingredients:

1 package Huhn Farms Country Sausage

1 tsp pepper

1/2 tsp onion powder

2 Tbs butter

3 Tbs flour

2.5 cups Klein Farms Milk

Toast or Biscuits


Directions:

Brown loose sausage in pan with butter

Add Seasonings and flour

Stir to combine

Add milk in 1 cup portions, stirring and cooking for 30 sec.

Let cook to thicken. 

Once desired thickness is reached, spoon over toast or biscuits

Ham and Green Bean Soup

Ingredients:

Huhn Farms Ham (we used a ham hock)

5 cups water

1/2 onion

1 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

1 can green beans

4 large potatoes 

1/4 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup raw honey


Directions:

Mix brown sugar and honey

Glaze ham with mixture

Bake ham at 350 for 1 hour

Allow ham to cool and take meat off bone

In a big pot, boil water with onion

Add ham, salt, and pepper

Simmer for 30mins

Meanwhile, peel and dice potatoes

After 30mins, add potatoes and beans.

Cook together for at least 1 hour


When ready to serve, you may add more salt or pepper to taste. We like to add apple cider vinegar to ours!

Hot Bacon Dressing

Ingredients:

1/2 lb Huhn Farms Bacon 

1 Huhn Farm Egg

1 cup Klein Farm Milk

1 cup water

1/2 cup sugar

1 cup flour


Directions:

In a large pan, fry bacon

Set bacon aside, and drain grease.

In pan, add milk, water, egg, sugar, flour.

Whisk constantly until it comes to a boil.

Add vinegar, and chopped bacon.


You can eat multiple ways. Use as a dressing on bed of spinach with a hard boiled egg. Or add dandelion (as pictured) and serve over smashed, boiled potatoes.

Sausage Cream Cheese Balls


Ingredients:

1 pack Huhn Farms Hot Italian Sausage 

1 cup Klein Farms Cheese

1 cup bisquick

1 8oz cream cheese block


Directions:

Preheat oven to 400

Line baking sheet with foil

In a bowl, mix all ingredients by hand

Form 1” balls and place on sheet

Bake for 20 mins

Pictured with peppers and onions.
